Healed by Them
Kurt’s an author.
Okay, so that’s a slight understatement. He’s a 'prize-winning' author. His last book did A-okay and the world is making out he’s the next Aldous Huxley--bada bing bada boom. Still, fame has never been his end goal.
Kurt's family was struck by tragedy back when the Berlin Wall was still a thing rather than a distant memory. He was a kid, too young to understand, but his father has never been the same since he returned from a Stasi prison camp.
As a result, Kurt’s childhood was… unusual.
It formed an even more unusual adult.
One intent on righting the wrongs of his family’s history by putting pen to paper, but also, one intent on the bigger picture.
See, unlike most of the human race, all Kurt wants is happiness. Sure, most people think they want it, but Kurt’s willing to go the extra mile to have it.
Even if that means sharing his woman with four of his best friends.
Kurt likes to watch.
And Sascha, the new housekeeper, likes being watched.
A match made in heaven, right?
Still, life has a habit of getting in the way. Sascha’s being targeted. They have no idea who, and even worse, no idea why. But someone wants her dead.
Injured and fragile, Sascha’s vulnerability is at an all time high. Kurt and his friends can keep her safe, but can they heal Sascha’s hurts before the writing hits the wall?
